• Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

• B-Inception shall not be held liable for visa refusals, delays, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to government decisions, policy changes, or incomplete client submissions.

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including missed travel plans or financial losses.
