Would you like to legally work in Poland? Prior to anything else, you need to apply for an EMPLOYMENT VISA (NATIONAL VISA, D TYPE) at the Polish embassy in your nation. The foundation for this type of visa is the Voivodeship invitation (Wojewódzki zaproszenie), which has been authorized by the Voivode (local Governor of the Polish administrative division comparable to a “province” in other countries). A job application for foreign nationals is sent by the company to the Voivodeship office for foreigners in the Voivodeship where the company is registered.
The labor market includes positions for packers, department store employees, butchers, drivers, general contractors who interact with clients, and factory production line workers.
The embassy will issue you a Type D Visa with multiple entries that is valid for “one to three years” and can also be used to apply for PR under certain legal circumstances.
After we received the aforementioned requested documents, the Employer reviewed them. If necessary, a Skype video interview was conducted. We will give the documents to the designated Attorney as soon as we have been paid. A Visa Issuance Letter Work Permit can be obtained in 8 to 12 weeks. We will courier the Visa Issuance Letter to you once it has been issued. Additionally, you must submit a visa application to the Polish Embassy in your nation. You will receive a Type D/multiple entry “one year” visa from the embassy, which is also renewable annually and may be used to apply for PR on certain grounds.
